Refund policy

Gentle handling is recommended as each design is fragile.
​Items may only be exchanged if the recipient emails a picture of the broken item, along with receipt or proof of purchase. Once your exchange item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, then your new item will be mailed within 10 business days after buyer pays shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail after tracking has started.
